Fantastic Sams

Fantastic Sams had a perception problem. People thought: low-quality chop-shop with few salon services. So we set out to change that perception by dumping the fake hair-model pitch and turned to our own FS customers to tell America what's up. Authenticity and simple honesty. That's the advertising equivalent of forming Voltron.

The campaign was a national effort with new broadcast, retail marketing, social media and a new tagline.
